"The police officer acted by Lau Ching Wan works so hard in his investigation. I'm a stereotyped boss who prefers to follow the routine. So I often demand him give up any bold measures for his investigations."

The film revolves around a case involving the selling of smuggled cigarettes and is the first installment of a planned trilogy.

Production began in April, with Alan Mak writing and directing, and his frequent collaborator Felix Chong serving as producer. The pair is best known for their production of Infernal Affairs series.

"Integrity" is set for release on February 5th, the first day of the Chinese New Year holiday period.
