'Isn't It Romantic' hits U.S. theaters on February 13

Starring Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth, Adam Devine and Priyanka Chopra, the romantic comedy "Isn't It Romantic" has premiered.

Hemsworth was recently hospitalized with a "pretty annoying" health problem so he had to skip the world premiere of his movie, but he sent his wife, Miley Cyrus, along instead.

The story is about a New York architect (Wilson) who works hard to get noticed but has no respect from colleagues at work, or from the opposite sex.

After getting mugged on the subway one night, Wilson's character Natalie wakes up in a real-life romantic comedy.

Rebel Wilson said "Well, my character Natalie is very cynical about love and romantic comedy films and really that was me in my twenties. Like, it's like, that kind of romance would never happen for a girl like me. And then similarly to Natalie in her journey in the film, I've opened my heart in real life and, and had some very fun adventures - not met The One yet but yeah, definitely had some fun adventures."

"Isn't It Romantic" will be released in the US on Wednesday local time.
