Paige goes from family fighter to WWE Diva in true life account

WWE Diva Paige brings her story to film in "Fighting with My Family" with an unlikely writer and director, Stephen Merchant.

After Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson turned Merchant on to a documentary about a young British girl from an unusual family who wanted to be a WWE Diva, he thought it would make for an interesting film.

Florence Pugh plays Paige, and says the training for the role was intense.

"We had to make sure that we could carry and lift and throw bodies, because that's essentially what wrestling is. So that started pretty much the moment we got the jobs and Jack and I went and did intensive crossfit sessions, and then also went to NXT, and go and do some training out there. So we had, like, wrestling 101 training, which was incredible but also a lot, exhausting".

"Fighting with My Family" opens in New York and Los Angeles on Thursday, before going wide next week.
