"Shazam!" tops North American box office

Warner Brothers' superhero film "Shazam!" has continued to play a successful box office tune with 25.14 million U.S. dollars in its second weekend.

The film has so far earned nearly 94.91 million U.S. dollars in North America.

It's the seventh installment in the DC Extended Universe.

The movie tells a story about a 14-year-old who can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam with the help of an ancient wizard.

Universal's fantasy comedy "Little" opened in second place, followed by Lionsgate's supernatural superhero film "Hellboy.
