Julianne Moore stars in 'Gloria Bell'

Sebastian Lelio has reimagined the story of "Gloria Bell" for an English language audience. The new version is set in Los Angeles, with Julianne Moore playing the titular character.

It tells the story of Gloria - a 58-year-old divorcee with a lust for life - whose new relationship comes into conflict with old romantic and familial bonds.

"She's so incredibly open all the time. That positivity and her vulnerability, her openness, you know, that's what's so interesting about her," said Moore.

"Gloria Bell" also stars John Tuturro, Michael Cera and Sean Austin, and will be released in the U.K. June 6.
