Chinese Super League clubs hopeful of capturing Wayne Rooney this month

A new report in the Telegraph is suggesting Rooney has been fielding offers from a number of clubs here in China for a possible move.

Rooney hasn't started for Manchester United in a Premier League match since mid-December.

This has led to reports of Rooney fielding offers as high as 32-million US dollars from China.

Reports are suggesting Beijing Guo'an and Guangzhou Evergrande are among the two top contenders for the 31-year old's services.

The transfer window in China closes at the end of this month.
