Chinese table tennis squad headed to 2018 ITTF Team World Cup

China's table tennis team has left Beijing, headed for London to take part in the 2018 ITTF Team World Cup.

World champions including Ma Long, Fan Zhendong, Xu Xin, Ding Ning, Liu Shiwen and Zhu Yuling, as well as a number of younger players are set to represent China later this week.

The Team World Cup will take place in London from February 22 to 25.

The event includes 12 men's and 12 women's teams which are made up of the host team, as well as the Continental Champions and other top finishers at the 2016 World Team Table Tennis Championships.

The last Team World Cup was held in Dubai in 2015.
