Thai Fight World Battle launched in China

The Thai government is providing aid to a Chinese Sports Culture Company in its development of its "Thai Fight" boxing event in China.

Huatai Bona Sports Culture Company is putting on the "Thai Fight World Battle in China," with the goal of generating interest in Thai sports culture in China.

The company also claims it wants to help facilitate non-official cultural exchanges between China and Thai via competitive activities, sports and tourism.

"Thai Fight" is a popular brand in Thailand.

Thai boxing is watched by an estimated 800 million people worldwide.
