Xi's special envoy to attend opening ceremony of Asian Games

Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy and Vice Premier Sun Chunlan will travel to Jakarta, Indonesia, to attend the opening ceremony of the 18th Asian Games on Aug. 18.
