Stephanie Frappart becomes first woman to referee Ligue 1 match
Stephanie Frappart became the first woman to referee a game in the French First Division when she took charge of the goalless draw between Amiens and Strasbourg.

The 35-year-old earned a promotion to the top division after being a referee in Ligue 2 for the past five years.
She brandished yellow cards to two Strasbourg players in the first half and cautioned one player from each side late in the second half.
