Zhang Shuai reaches her first quarterfinals at Wimbledon
Zhang Shuai of China reached the quarterfinals at Wimbledon on super Monday, beating Dayana Yastremska of Ukraine 6-4, 1-6, 6-2.
Zhang Shuai advanced into the last 16 after beating former world No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki from Denmark last Friday.

"A Grand Slam means a lot to me and I want to keep my career going much longer," Zhang said.
This outing at Wimbledon is Zhang's personal best in Grand Slams. It also comes after Zhang made a breakthrough early this year at the Australian Open when she teamed up Samantha Stosur from Australia to win the women's doubles, her first Grand Slam title.
Zhang had been stopped five times in the first round at All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club since 2011. She was also stopped in 2nd round at French Open this May.
Zhang's opponent, Dayana Yastremska also reached last 16 for the first time at Wimbledon. Last year, Zhang was defeated by Yastremska in semifinals of WTA Hong Kong Open 7-5, 6-4.
