U.S. military aircraft may have crashed in Okinawa: local media

A U.S. military aircraft may have crashed on Wednesday in northern Okinawa, local media reported, quoting local fire department sources. 

Local authorities were investigating the incident which occurred at 5:35 p.m. local time (GMT 0835) and it was not clear yet whether the reported crash caused casualties or damages, according to Japan's Kyodo News and local Okinawa Times.
