Robots handle all aspects of service at the café, from taking orders to making and serving coffee.
The robots are equipped with a screen that displays coffee menu options in Chinese. After a customer has made their selection and paid using Alipay, it takes less than two minutes for one of the robots to arrive with their coffee.
