Ukrainian court approves seizure of Russian tanker

A Ukrainian court Tuesday formally approved the seizure of a Russian tanker detained by Ukrainian authorities at the Danube river port of Izmail last week, Ukrainian Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoliy Matios said.
