A waiter in France was shot dead by a customer because he waited a long time to get his sandwich. The shooting occurred on Friday evening at a restaurant in Noisy-le-Grand, an eastern Paris suburb. The 28-year-old victim died at the scene. Police have launched a manhunt for the murderer.
