Mom had boasted of kids on social media before shootings
A Georgia woman who is believed to have fatally shot her grown son and daughter before killing herself had bragged about her children on social media not long before the bodies were discovered.
Marsha Edwards wrote on Instagram that she "could not ask for better children," just hours before she was found dead Wednesday at her town house in an upscale neighborhood outside Atlanta, area news outlets reported. Police also found the bodies of 24-year-old Christopher Edwards II and 20-year-old Erin Edwards.

Edwards' ex-husband and the children's father is prominent Atlanta surgeon Dr. Christopher Edwards, who serves on the boards of Morehouse School of Medicine and the Atlanta Housing Authority, according to the reports. Family spokesman Jeff Dickerson said the family is in shock.
A student at Boston University, Erin Edwards was coming off a summer internship with an NBC station in New York.
Christopher Edwards II had been the digital content manager for the Atlanta film and entertainment office since March 2018, the city said.
Marsha Edwards, 58, and her two children were members of the National Association of Black Journalists, which released a statement expressing condolences.
Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued a joint statement with her husband.
"Derek and I join the greater Atlanta community in mourning the loss of three members of the beloved Edwards family," Bottoms said. "Chris and Erin were beautiful, vibrant and brilliant young adults whom we had the pleasure of knowing their entire lives."
