Township Economy Bill to protect local Gauteng businesses
Gauteng Premier David Makhura said businesses that can easily be done by locals should not be done by foreigners.
Makhura said this will be part of the Township Economy Bill soon to be introduced in the legislature.
His comments came after several foreign-owned shops in Soweto were looted.
