10 wounded as blast hits university in Afghanistan's eastern Ghazni city
A total of 19 students had been confirmed wounded in a blast that rocked the Ghazni University in Ghazni provincial capital Ghazni on Tuesday, provincial government spokesman Aref Nuri said.
The blast, according to the official, took place at 09:40 a.m. local time.
It also damaged the buildings of the literature and engineering faculties of the university.
The injured were 12 girls and seven boys.
The reason for the blast is unknown now, Nuri said, adding an investigation has been initiated into the incident.
