泡“辣椒浴”比吃辣 Chili pepper-eating competition was held in Hunan

A chili pepper-eating competition(比赛) was held(举办) in the historical town of Tanhe(炭河) in Hunan Province on August 12. The champion(冠军) receive(获得) a 24k gold coin as the trophy(战利品) for finishing-off 15 hot chilies in 1 minute while submerged(没入) in a 2.5-meter-diameter tank full(满的) of marinated(浸泡) chili peppers.

8月12日,湖南炭河古城举办了一场奇特的吃辣比赛,游客们躺进直径2.5米、泡满辣椒的巨型玻璃缸里,使出浑身解数狂吃辣椒。最终,获胜者以1分钟吃掉15个辣椒的成绩赢得了比赛,现场领走了24K纯金金币。
