Foreign treasures on display at Palace Museum's branch in Xiamen

A 19th-century candle holder from Japan is on display at a branch of the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, on the resort island of Gulangyu in Xiamen, Fujian Province. The new museum covers over 10,000 square meters. Foreign relics collected by the Palace Museum will be gradually relocated to the museum's Xiamen branch. [Photo: IC]
