CPPCC members interviewed ahead of annual session

Zhao Hongwei, a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), is interviewed ahead of the opening of the first session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 3, 2018. Zhao Hongwei is chief engineer at the China Academy of Railway Sciences. She says China is to develop a bullet train with an autopilot.
