Jack Ma pays tribute to ordinary heroes for Tmall Shopping Festival

​Alibaba's chairman Jack Ma challenges "masters" of different jobs at the Tmall 11.11 Global Shopping Festival 2018 in Shanghai, November 10th. Some challengers included crab farmer, a Taobao host who holds World Guinness Record of putting on lipsticks in the fastest speed, "packing queen", women's wear model, and a delivery man who has done the job for 17 years.
