A farmer shows the newly-harvested broccoli in Xiangshui County in east China’s Jiangsu Province, on November 3, 2018. Known as China’s “Home of Broccoli”, Xiangshui County owns broccoli farms spanning over 700 million square feet. The agricultural products have been provided to not only Chinese cities, but also seven other countries worldwide, such as the United States and South Korea. Now it has become an important force in helping local people out of poverty. [Photo: IC]
