World's highest power lines set in Tibet

Technicians install spacers on the world's highest ultra-high voltage transmission project in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, September, 2018. Workers involved in the project have had to overcome various challenges, including the lack of oxygen at altitudes as high as 5,300 meters above sea-level.
