China-made dredging vessel sails to Saudi Arabia

A 138-meter-long, 28-meter-wide dredger named Xin Hai Xu sets sail on April 2, 2019 from east China's Jiangsu Province to Saudi Arabia. Xin Hai Xu can dig 36 meters under the sea floor and dredge 6,500 cubic meters per hour. The dredger will support Saudi Arabia's offshore oil exploration. [Photo: IC]
