CRRC metro trains to serve South America's first airport line

A worker in the cab of a metro train built by the Qingdao-based CRRC Sifang on June 3, 2019. These train are built for the line 13 which connects downtown Sao Paulo with Guarulhos International Airport, the first airport line in South America. These trains have a top speed of 100 kilometers an hour and are equipped with safety systems including derailment detectors and water mist fire extinguishers. [Photo: IC]
