Potala Palace provides free tickets for five months

Potala Palace is located in Lhasa, capital city of Tibet autonomous region. It was called the Winter Palace for the Dalai Lamas from 1649 to 1959, and has been a museum since then. It has been a World Heritage Site since 1994. [Photo: IC]
