Russian winter swimmers welcome 2019

Ivan Abrosimov, an 82-year-old winter swimmer who dove into the Yenisei River in Krasnoyarsk as the temperature dipped to about minus 26 degrees Celsius (minus 14.8 degrees Fahrenheit).
