Four year old becomes Britain's youngest racing driver

Ronnie Ray Carter is Britain's youngest racing driver, seen here during a competition in Liverpool on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. The four-year-old could drive a go-kart at 60 kilometers an hour before he could read and write. He started racing in national competitions when he was three years old and is the youngest driver in the national Bambino Kart Club Championships, which is Britain's leading young driver's league.
