French government plans for Notre Dame restoration

A photo taken on July 12, 2019 shows the main structure of Notre Dame being covered in scaffolding ahead of the historic church's restoration. The French government has adopted a resolution which establishes a national plan for accepting donations for the restoration of the landmark.
