Chinese hand-pulled noodles are a traditional cuisine from Gansu's capital, Lanzhou, in northwest China.
They require just 3 ingredients and a little patience: all-purpose flour, vegetable oil and water.
Known as La Mian in Chinese, the hand pulled noodles are usually served in a broth and coriander, making for a simple, delectable and warming meal.
