"I am a 23-year-old male student at the University of Cape Town studying Mechanical Engineering. My interest in Mechanical Engineering lies in fields of product design and finite element analysis. Outside of my studies, my goals converge to delivering positive change to the world around me through the exploitation and nurturing of my skills. I believe that all healthy solutions begin with self-actualization. In 2016, I co-founded Jalapeno Digital, a digital agency that aids the tech start-up scene in South Africa by offering affordable software development and marketing services to start-ups with valuable ideas. In 2017, following the fees must fall conversation at the University, I founded the Chapters of Change Foundation. The CCF is driven by the goal to provide free textbooks, by motivating and facilitating donations, to university students who cannot otherwise afford them. The organization managed the flow of over 200 textbooks in one semester, over the market value of R63000. I joined the Green Campus Initiative and Engineers Without Borders in 2014, and became the Marketing Chair for GCI in 2016. My hobbies include pencil drawing, photography, gaming, hiking, computer programming and rock collecting."
