Graduate opens hand-pulled noodles shop in New York
As a native from Lanzhou, Gansu Province, Liu Haokun, has owned his business in New York by introducing the special cuisine from his hometown called Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles to the people of New York.
Liu is a graduate from New York University. He once learned how to make a bowl of delicious beef noodles for half a year in his hometown. Now, his noodle shop in America can make a daily revenue of up to US $10,000.
