London's Lumiere festival returns for 2nd year

London's Lumiere festival of light is back for a second year with large, quirky and unique light art installations adorning some of the UK capital's most famous buildings and landmarks. The festival features artists from across Europe and Canada who have set up 50 different works of light art across central London.
