Through the years, espionage on “Americans and others” was rapidly increasing. The annual budget of the CIA is about 45 billion US dollars. One would think that with such capabilities the country would be completely secured from all cyber threats. For the second year, the US is trying to prove that Russian hackers could infiltrate into national secrets and affect its presidential election.
