In the Name of Justice: Ernest Pagan's wrongful imprisonment

Ernest Pagan is a 36-year-old New Haven resident. He spent more than a year in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Two detectives involved in his case coerced witnesses to implicate Pagan, and witnesses said the detectives pressured them to falsely identify him in court. The two officers involved were not disciplined.
