Deaf-mute worker Cui Xuelian: we create our own future!

"Although we have a disability, we can use our other skills to play a valuable role!” Cui Xuelian is deaf and mute and has worked for 20 years in Dabao, a cosmetics company in Beijing owned by Johnson & Johnson. She's proud of her independence. In the lead up to Labor Day, she's calling for more opportunities for people with disabilities.
