Centennial anniversary of WWI

More than 5,000 poppies are being projected on the World War I Memorial in Kansas City, Mo. on Friday, November 2, 2018. The Peace and Remembrance Illumination Display is on nightly through to November 11th, which marks the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day which ended World War I. [Photo: VCG]
