Twelve young women dressed in Han Fu, a style of traditional Chinese clothing of the ethnic Han, pay tribute to the Flower God beside the lake at Qujiangchi National Heritage Park in the city of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on Friday, April 5, 2019. The group were paying tribute for the Shangsi Festival, which falls on the third day of the third month on the Chinese lunar calendar. The festival originated in ancient China as a way to show respect for the flowers that accompany the arrival of spring. It's also a time when young women traditionally prayed for love and children.
