Pic story: young people play vanguard role in realizing national rejuvenation

Lan Caisheng, an illustrator born in the 1990s, views fans with his illustrations as coverings at his own studio in Liping County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, April 16, 2019. After graduation in 2015, Lan returned to his hometown in Liping County and started a studio to make illustrations and related products featuring ethnic minority cultures including the Miao and Dong ethnic groups. His illustrations are widely known in Liping and recognized by tourists at home and abroad. Lan wishes, through illustrations he made, ethnic minority cultures in Guizhou could reach more people in the future. A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive; a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals, ability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Young people always play a vanguard role in realizing national rejuvenation, which is the mission of the Chinese youth in the new era. In China many young people realize the value of life through hard work.
