A touching birthday momemt for boy with MS

Noah with his mother Erika Rome moved from Wisconsin to Boynton Beach two years ago in order to live close to her parents who live in Delray Beach. They get on well with locals, everyone has embraced Noah. They wanted to give him a surprise on his birthday. “He will just melt your heart,” said Jen Kleier, a firefighter paramedic with the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. “Once he put on one of our fire helmets (at the charity event) he never wanted to take it off.” Kleier proposed the idea for Noah’s birthday.
