Beijing Foreign Language Festival opens in Chaoyang Park

Jointly sponsored by the organizing committee of the "Beijing Speaks Foreign Languages Program" and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Beijing municipal government, the festival is the only large-scale activity based on learning and communicating in foreign languages.
