Taobao to recruit seniors, preferably square dancing leaders

China's e-commerce giant, Alibaba Group Holding will hire two research specialists aged over 60 with an annual salary of CNY350,000 (USD54,360) to CNY400,000.

The company's latest vacancy notice showed, it will hire two senior research specialists for its trading platform Taobao, which has a solid base of younger users.

However, Alibaba will employ the researchers for its family version Taoabo app user experience team, which works for the family project undertaken by the company.

The job candidates should be over 60 years old and preferably square dance leaders or neighborhood committee members.

Research specialists on users are required to experience and explore the family version of Mobile Taobao products from the perspective of the middle-aged and senior people.
