A smart warehouse is on the way

Can you imagine a smart warehouse with robots and AI technology? The pick-and-pack process will be much more efficient, and workers will find their working environment more comfortable.
Megvii, a world leading Chinese startup in the AI sector, released its robot strategy in Beijing on January 16th. The upgraded strategy includes cooperation with the warehousing and logistics industry, and building an Internet collaborative AI brain to share more technology with AI developers.

According to Megvii CTO Tang Wenbin, the warehouse of an online supermarket in China, T-mall Supermarket, has already applied the operating system with 500 robots in the pick-and-pack process. AI warehouses are helping the online retailer to fulfill its promise of "one day delivery".

AI can also connect everything to the Internet through a variety of means, including sensors and smart equipment as well as wearable devices on workers. AI is becoming the most important tool to transform industries and daily life. The third wave of the Internet is coming.
