Woman using restaurant's tableware to feed pet dog sparks outrage

In a restaurant at Dalian, Liaoning province, a video captured a woman feeding her pet dog in the tableware which is used by customers. The footage instantly infuriated people on the Internet after it was released by a local newspaper.

In the video, a Teddy is seen licking some liquid from a saucer while the woman is having her meal on the same bench chair as the dog.

A witness surnamed Dong said the woman arrived in the restaurant with a male friend. The woman first poured some milk tea in her palm to let her dog lick, but later her friend suggested her to use a saucer to feed the dog, and no waiter came or was seen to stop her.
