Wang Qingguang, who is known as an important figure behind the Chinese World Table Tennis champions, has spent most of his life cultivating great Ping Pong athletes for the country.

He first formed a Ping Pong team in a rural village and gradually developed a dedicated sports school for Ping Pong, which later became a training base and is now an enclosed training center for the Chinese national team.

CRI's reporter Sam Duckett visited the table tennis enthusiast, and brought us his legendary stories.
