Moon Jae-in was sworn in as South Korea's new president in the parliament building, hours after winning a landslide victory in the five-way presidential race, TV footage showed Wednesday. 

He said he will visit Pyongyang, capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), under right conditions in his inaugural speech delivered at a main hall of the parliamentary building.
