Cam: The other day I went to a restaurant, it was not a large one, so it was not easy to find. Somebody told me您走错路了。(nin2 zou3 cuo4 lu4 le.) Does that mean I’ve taken the wrong way?
YJ: Yes, that also happens to me sometimes, since I always get lost!. Let’s take a look at this sentence. 您 (nin2) the polite form of you.

YJ: 走 (zou3), to walk.
Cam: 走 (zou3)
YJ: 错 (cuo4), cuo, the fourth tone, means wrong.
