邮票见证友谊 Postal stamps demonstrate friendship of China and Russia

This collection of stamps(邮票 yóupiào) has been issued(发行 fāxíng) by China to commemorate(纪念 jìniàn) the signing(签署 qiānshǔ) of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship and Alliance. The former Soviet Union was the first country that officially established(建立 jiànlì) diplomatic relations(外交关系 wàijiāo guānxì) with China in 1949.
