A:春节你打算怎么过?

Chūn jié  nǐ dǎ suàn zěn me guò ?

What’s your plan for the Spring Festival?

B:每年都差不多,准备年货、贴对联、放鞭炮,吃完了年夜饭,一家人坐在一起看春晚。你呢?

wǒ jiā měi nián dōu chà bú duō ,zhǔn bèi nián huò 、tiē duì lián 、fàng biān pào ,chī wán le nián yè fàn ,yī jiā rén zuò zài yī qǐ kàn chūn wǎn 。

Every year it’s almost the same. We prepare the new year goods, decorate our home with Spring Festival couplets, and light the firecrackers. After eating the dinner on New Year’s Eve, our family will sit together and watching the Spring Festival Gala. 

A:今年我打算带着父母去旅行。

jīn nián wǒ dǎ suàn dài zhe fù mǔ qù lǚ xíng guò chūn jiē。

This year I will go travelling with my parents.

B:听起来很酷!三十就出发吗?

tīng qǐ lái hěn kù !sān shí jiù chū fā ma?

Sounds cool! Do you leave on the Spring Festival’s eve?

A:初二出发。除夕还是要在家过的。然后初一走亲访友,给大家拜年。

chū èr chū fā ,chú xī hái shì yào zài jiā guò de 。rán hòu chū yī zǒu qīn fǎng yǒu ,gěi dà jiā bài nián 。

We’ll leave on the second day of Lunar New Year. We’ll still spend the new year’s even at home, and visit relatives and friends on the first day of the New Year.

B:很好啊!既保留了传统的年味,又享受了美好的假期。

hěn hǎo ā!jì bǎo liú le chuán tǒng de nián wèi,yòu xiǎng shòu leměi hǎo de jiǎ qī。

Great! And you not only remain the tradition flavour of the New year, but also enjoy the wonderful holiday at the same time!
